We called the hotel to see if we could drop off our luggage and it be held until the 4:00pm check- in time. It turned out our room was ready then (at 9:00am) and we were able to check in then! This was such a pleasant surprise that helped to make our stay even more enjoyable!

Convenient location in the city itself. Great distance from the stadium (the main reason we were in town). The hotel had what we needed inside IF we didn't want to venture out. The hotel restaurant food was good and Starbucks is always a win.

Clean. Easy to walk to Broadway, etc. Easy for Uber, etc. to pick you up. Good Valet service

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Valet options and the bell hop are both very nice touches and very appreciated! Will definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Great location if you want to be downtown. Excellent service by all staff. I was there for a conference and the food was really good

The staff, from the front desk Bobbi & Caleb. Provided excellent care and were impressed with their hospitality and attentiveness. The bartenders both night and day on 2 separate visits were kind and friendly. The valet staff, 2 younger men and one older were extremely helpful with cabs and luggage storage. Your staff makes this property.
